Herewith, I accept that my personal data provided for registration will be transferred to the Swapcard event platform which is the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce’s processor in order to publish an e-brochure and / or organise business meetings.

I agree that my [name, surname, position, company, company profile], will be included in the list of participants (e-brochure) that will be published on the Swapcard event website before, during and after the event.

For the aforementioned purposes, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce may transfer Your Data to:- its institutional partners (employer federations, ministries, public sector bodies, embassies, trade organisations) or non-institutional partners (businesses, training organisations, service providers) particularly for the joint organisation of events (economic missions, conferences, etc.);- its service providers for the sending of newsletters and other publications;- its subcontractors that process data on its behalf.

By registering for the trade mission to Kazakhstan, you explicitly consent to the transfer of some of your personal data as registered in this form to co-organisers located in Kazakhstan (BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan, ....). We ask the aforementioned recipients to process your personal data for the sole purpose for which they have been provided. However, we inform you that Kazakhstan does not provide for an adequate level of data protection based on a European Commission decision.

I accept that my personal data mentioned above is transferred to the Trade & Invest partners Luxinnovation (www.luxinnovation.lu) and Ministry of the Economy (meco.gouvernement.lu) in order to receive information about their respective activities.

I wish to be added to the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce's distribution list in order to receive information and/or invitations related to international trade.
