EURAALEX is a boutique law firm based in the City Centre of Luxembourg and founded on 1 January 2024 by Jackye Elombo and Shaohui Zhang, who have united their forces and years of experiences, to offer custom-made services and pragmatic legal solutions. The name EURAALEX stands for the laws of Europe, Asia, and Africa. We provide legal advice for Luxembourg entities or companies looking to establish in Luxembourg and services dedicated to business and investments in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Our practice encompasses Investment Project, Employment & Social, and Dispute Resolution.
